The department renders transport-forwarding services to the private and state Ukrainian and foreign companies by transportation of cargo by sea transport and transhipment in ports, warehouses etc. on the ground of the international and national regulations, rules, requirements, norms and conditions. We offer the clients the services on transport-forwarding service of cargoes in the Ukrainian ports of the Black sea and river Danube.

The specialists of our department will process the information on your cargo, will offer the planning of the approach and placing of a ship for loading/unloading, control a condition of a cargo in port and cargo operations, and also carry out:

• the necessary preliminary co-ordination with the client and reception of the sanctions on moving of a cargo;
• daily dialogue with the client and participants of transport process, receive and give the required information on movement of cargoes in ports and on transport, use the received information for the purposes of timely and qualitative granting of services;
• the control of accumulation of cargoes on transport, in ports and in warehouses, control correctness of warehousing and storage of cargoes and give the information to the client and participants of transport process;
• inform the participants of transport process of the expected approach of courts, site and supposing terms of arrival of cargoes and transport;
• organize realization of works on weighing of a cargo, evaluation of quality of the goods, selection of samples;
• in case of revealing of discrepancy of the goods with the information given by the client or contracted in the freight warrant or transport documentation, immediately inform the client on discrepancy and accepted measures;
• make customs registration of the shipping documents and documents necessary for customs clearance of cargoes;
• draw the shipping documents, acts, freight warrants, transport documents, certificates on the ground of the application of the client according to the international, customs, state rules, requirements and norms;
• know and precisely carry out conditions of the Contract with the client.
