Navigational conditions
- The maximum draft for ships in the port is 12.0 m. For vessels with deeper draft, the Harbour Master's permission is required.
- Navigation in port waters is only allowed with the permission of VTC - Vessel Traffic Control ("Port Control" VHF Ch.12). All vessels passing through this controlled area must use VTC service. Navigation is round the year.
- Entering, leaving and shifting in the port can be done 24 hrs/day, SSHINC (except New Year night from 20:00 till 08:00).
Tug assistance and Pilotage
- Pilotage is compulsory for all vessels of 500 GRT of more but under a port Pilot's guidance only. Pilotage and mooring is forbidden when wind speed exceeds 14 mps.
- Towage is only allowed when wind speed is less than 15 mps. Shipmaster shall order tugs via agent no less than 2 hrs prior to their ship's readiness for tug assistance; and than, 45 minutes prior to vessel's full readiness shall call for tug(s) via the Port Service Operator.
Port service
- Potable water can be supplied from barge while vessel pier alongside or on roads, minimum quantity - 15 t. Customs formalities will done by Agent within 2-3 hours in port working day.
- Collection and discharge of oil-polluted and sewage waters from all vessels can be performed by port services upon master's order and in accordance with standard tariffs.
- All kinds of deck and engine repair work are available.
- Equipment and training personnel for cleaning holds is available.
