Port specification

The port can handle up to 2.5 million tons of cargo per year. Port territory totals 489,800 sq.m including 463,000 sq.m of the operational area, 7 berths with overall length of 1,354 m. Total open cargo storage area is 139,600 sq.m.

The port has modern equipment, reloading devices and machinery to handle: general cargo (metal products, equipments, etc.); bulk cargo (ferro-alloys, coke, coal, scrap) containers, grain, sunflower seed oil.

In 2003 the construction of grain elevator has been started. Meantime first 10,000 ts volume storages already operated. Total capacity of Silo will be about 20,000 ts.
