The insurance is valid at all stages of goods delivery: from its loading on vehicle till unloading at customer’s warehouse. We insure cargoes against all risks: damages, full and partial destruction, loss and others. In case of insured accident, we shall perform inspection and evaluation of damaged cargo, we shall submit this data to insurance company and we shall issue all necessary documentation.

  1.  Damage by loss, shortage and deterioration (spoilage) of all or part of the insured cargo, caused by any reason, except privately stipulated cases;
  2.  Expenses:
     • Payment of contributions in case of general average;
       
     • Payment of necessary and sufficient actions to rescue the insured cargo and reduction of losses, including cargo repacking expenses made with this purpose;
       
     • Payment of services of average commissioners, surveyors, experts rendered to determine reasons and extent of damage.

According to these terms and conditions of cargo insurance, the following damage shall be indemnified:

1. Damage by loss, shortage and deterioration (spoilage) of all or part of the insured cargo as a result of one or several following events:
   
   • Fire or explosion;
     
   • Grounding, landing, flood or overturn of vessel or barge;
     
   • Air craft crash, overturn or jumping the track of surface vehicle;
     
   • Collision of vehicle with any external subject;
     
   • Missing of vehicle;
     
   • Unloading of a cargo in the port of disaster or in a place of accident;
     
   • Earthquakes, volcano eruptions, lightning stroke, hurricane, flooding and other acts of nature;
2. Damage by loss and deterioration (spoilage) of all or part of the insured cargo, caused by the following reason:
   
   • Washing overboard;
     
   • Penetration of outboard water;  
3. Damage by full loss of the whole shipping package as a result of its falling during unloading or loading on vehicle:
   
   • Payment of contributions in case of general average;
     
   • Payment of necessary and sufficient actions to rescue the insured cargo and reduction of losses, including cargo repacking expenses made with this purpose;
     
   • Payment of average commissioners, surveyors, experts services rendered to determine reasons and extent of damage.
     
   • " Risks of wreck "

According to these terms and conditions of cargo insurance, the following damage shall be indemnified:

1. Damage by loss, shortage and deterioration (spoilage) of all or part of the insured cargo as a result of one or several following events:
