Our company renders to its clients the services of foreign trade transactions support.
For this purpose, we undertake the following actions:

• We prepare foreign economic contract (Contract of sale) proceeding from conditions of specific transaction (importer can be both client’s legal entity and our export-import company);

Foreign economic contract (contract of foreign trade activity) is usually made in two languages of relative trading parties. Besides establishment of commercial relations between the parties, foreign economic (foreign trade) contract should contain the following: total price of the contract, validity of the contract, currency of the contract, basic terms and conditions of delivery, the period of time within which import of the goods in customs territory of Ukraine and final settlements between the parties should take place

• We set out the provisions of the contract in conformity with current legislation of Ukraine and of the country of departure;
  
• We register the passport of external economic transaction (passport of import transaction) in department of currency control of the authorized bank;

The passport of the transaction is obligatory form stipulated by the laws to notify the state authorities about establishment of international economic (trading) relations between the resident of Ukraine and its foreign contractor. Foreign economic transaction is taken under currency control which agent on behalf of the state is the Ukrainian bank through which the Ukrainian resident makes settlements. The purpose of the currency control is to monitor foreign currency operations, namely control over currency flow abroad and currency flow to Ukraine, control over arrival of goods in Ukraine which were paid in currency abroad.
After registration of the transaction’s passport, the resident gets an opportunity to make currency (external economic) payment abroad for the delivered import goods or to receive foreign currency for export goods delivered abroad. The transaction’s passport and payment documents are to be enclosed to cargo customs declaration (GTD) during customs registration of the goods.

• Our agent or export-import company shall issue export declaration, collect a package of documents necessary for export (export from the country of departure) ; registration and collection of a package of documents necessary for import (import to Ukraine);
  
• We register the consignee at customs post;
  
•  We calculate customs payments in view of basic conditions of delivery (Incoterms 2000). The components of customs payments are import duty,  VAT and registration duty. The excise duty is charged on excise goods, such goods are subject to customs registration at special customs posts of excise customs house.
  
• We perform preparation and registration, according to the procedures established in Ukraine, permits, certificates and conclusions necessary for import. Generally, it is sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion and the certificate of conformity. Some groups of the goods require import licenses, import quarantine permits (ICP), veterinary certificates, fumigation certificates and others.
  
• We prepare a package of documents necessary to justify the cost of the goods in the customs authorities (if required);
  
• We support customs registration;
  
• Assistance in customs registration of cargo, registration of GTD (cargo customs declaration). The essence of customs registration is in change of tariff treatment for the imported goods after payment of charged customs payments.
     We perform product certification;
  
• Customs authorities release the goods in free circulation;
